This plugin will allow you to export the web addresses for all your websites articles in Excel style.

Go and get the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by looking for LinkGather, also you can just go to the link below:

Now you have activated the plugin, straight away you are ready to go.

Step by Step Instructions


A new menu item on the options side of your admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hover over this tab option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different sections available to you:

Clicking on the Home link, this will go to the plugins homepage which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Push the Post Links offering to move you to the page that will display all of your websites published posts’ links. Be aware that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few links in it.

You should now see a list with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the URL table, you will see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post URL you have.

You then also have the ability to download the posts in Excel style.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of bringing back published articles, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack Links


The option for JetPack URLs is again exactly the same instructions as those above, however, JetPack ShortLinks are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those URL.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post export WordPress URLs links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links option will bring back all those JetPack URL's that it has gathered:
